@masonblake26@TokenGremlin They are just leaving for better offers. If you make $250k and then see other people get hired for $800k, you call those people idiots and switch companies for more pay.
AI outperforms humans at all tasks
But it’s okay because of CAPITALISM
If someone can’t make money off you from selling compute, hardware, etc, then it will stop right there
Capitalism has turned civilizations against each other but it has never taken all the money for itself
@DeepStarts This post mentions Opus 5.5 but I swear it’s 6 months old. Must be a repost…
And if bro is in cybersecurity he’s going to be more in demand than he was a week ago
@johncoogan It’s idiotic. Did cows invent humans? Will AI eat humans? There is no point being made.
Most humans are stupid and already don’t understand our financial system. You yourself would probably struggle to define what a bond market is.
@ThierryBorgeat Why is lowering the cost of health expertise bad again? If our doctors are so smart then they should be using models to cure cancer, not treating colds in the ER for $400k
Company switched to enterprise Claude usage and apparently I’ve spent $650 in 10 days. I could chill out but shit’s expensive and worth it. Anthropic clearly going to be a profitable company.
If it gets even 20% easier to coast on disability/welfare/assistance then like 50% of the population won’t want to work and there will be more jobs than people who want them.
Warhound, a defense‑tech startup founded by Palmer Luckey and Ben Lamm, has raised $200 million in seed funding to genetically engineer war dogs for the U.S. military.
Lamm is responsible for the de-extinction of the dire wolf which died out ~10,000 years ago.
Warhound will find top dogs and then biobank their genetic material before cloning the proven dogs.
The company will take the cell lines for top breeds like Belgian Malinois and German Shepherd before editing the genes to make the dogs perform better and improve “things like speed and agility or enhance olfactory sensors for bomb sniffing and whatnot.”
Luckey’s Anduril will supply the dogs with advanced body armor, ear coverings, and other military technology like EagleEye, an artificial intelligence military helmet.
Anduril is also reportedly working with META on battlefield augmented reality eyewear.
Lamm says the genetically modified dogs with advanced equipment will not only make the dogs safer, but will also make the human handlers safer.
The first Warhound puppies will reportedly soon be cloned and incubated and will be born in early 2027 and then will begin training.
@s4hvm This is actually moronic. Most humans already don’t understand the financial system. I wager less than 10% of the population can tell me what a bond market is.
If you are mashing the “best fit” button and trusting the numbers it shows you like they were written in the bible, then we are no longer working together.
Blue light 3D scanning technology is basically a toy, at most a reference measurement, and definitely not something that should be held in the same category as a CMM unless you are very damn sure you know what you’re doing.
