Wrapped @devops199's White Hack Fail is a wrapped version of the ERC20 token which was deployed in Nov 2017. 199 of these tokens were made and about 50 were available to redeem for 1 wei. This had been lost on the Ethereum blockchain until it was discovered just recently.
