@EasternRailway @RailMadad has to travel in 13145 regularly. Every time while boarding from Bandel, I found my lower seat is occupied by someone else who has boarded earlier than me. Not a single time I found any railway official stopped such passengers to occupy others seat.

@EasternRailway 37916 is getting late everyday at Bandel for the last few days whereas trains having departure time after 37916 is being passed. Why always a train from Katwa will suffer on regular basis? The same train was running on time and reaching Howrah before time.

37916 Katwa Howrah local is running on time till Bandel.. but it is sided at Bandel to pass other late trains like 37824on regular basis..thus it reaches Howrah late.. how a train can be late everyday for such a long time… @EasternRailway @drmhowrah kindly intervene
