5 years of using it, MASSIVE decline in quality in beginning of 2025. Since then, they don't give a fuck. Worked from home and ran the whole household off it from 2021 on, then it started impacting my work from home in March of 2025. Getting worse and worse

They're in 2026, still no chat help section, just a 1-3 hour phone call for them to run through all the troubleshooting you already do before the call, and then offer out a potential "new device" which behaves the same as the old one.

If you ever want to game or really do anything, Avoid T-mobile home internet. It's been like this since beginning of 2026. Even sprung for a "Higher Speed" package, but here we are. This is with 4 bars out of 5 showing on the device.
