I’m putting this behind me and focusing my energy on being productive, taking care of my family, and building what’s ahead. I’m not going to engage in public back and forth about private matters.

For transparency: earlier this year I filed a defamation case in Alaska Superior Court related to statements made about me online.

The complaint and exhibits are part of the Alaska court record. Anyone interested in the details can request the filings directly from the Alaska Court System.

After discussing the costs of continuing litigation with counsel, I may choose to withdraw the case and focus my energy on building going forward.
