@TheBloggess There’s a 1/day lactose enzyme pill that works great… I forget the company, I think they changed the name. I discovered I’m also intolerant to casein, so a just-lactose enzyme won’t help as much. Klaire Labs Vital-Zymes covers dairy & gluten. I can eat most things now!

@JewelStaite “No Cry Sleep Solutions” book has some great ideas. We just chose to co-sleep though. We call ours the fire octopus. She’s hot like a furnace, and it feels like she grew extra limbs that twine around you. 🤣 I got a body pillow that goes between us. It’s working nicely.

@elisawine14 Our school has areas for “mask breaks” where kids can go (individually) and safely be without their mask on outside, and the other kids know to stay however-far away from the mask-free areas. And masks off for eating, but they can talk. They’re spaced safely apart
