The Polymarket bet “Monad first-day FDV > $4B” has turned into chaos. Even though the resolution time already passed, the outcome has been overturned twice and is now stuck in Review.

Why the drama? $MON was sitting right on the FDV threshold:

Coinbase: $0.039 → No

Upbit: $0.041 → Yes

The original market rule only said: “Resolution source is the MOST LIQUID price source available.”
And at the timestamp, Upbit’s volume and orderbook depth crushed Coinbase, so based on pure liquidity it should’ve been a Yes.
But CMC/Coingecko liquidity scores favor Coinbase, which sparked a heated debate about what “liquidity” even means. People are even arguing about KRW/USD FX slippage now.

Then out of nowhere, Polymarket added a retroactive line:
“At this market's resolution time, Coinbase was the most liquid price source.”

Now the final decision goes to UMA’s Optimistic Oracle, and their Discord is on fire. Honestly, it wouldn’t be surprising if UMA voters lean Yes, since the odds seem clearly higher than 0.2%.
