@Francis_Hoar @GBNEWS The modern US. Which seems to be an example all people who object to the death penalty use. I go by experience. Singapore, the safest county I’ve been to, has corporal and capital punishment and actually use them. The US has the death penalty but it’s rarely implemented.

@MatthewTorbitt Safest country I have ever been to is Singapore. We should implement far harsher punishment then reoffending wouldn’t be an issue. Caning for more minor crimes would be a start. El Salvador has done amazing things by introducing zero tolerance policing and incarceration.
