Most times customers can't wait so the end the trips, and it also affect both driver's score and percentage.
If you (bolt) know that you don't want to give us target don't give us,

You guys keeps giving someone trips far from location, sometimes 10mins drive or 15mins drive and you will add to it that if you decline it will not affect your driver's score.
