Because communication wouldn’t really do anything. Kawaki makes it explicitly clear that he doesn’t care what has to happen as long as he reaches his goal. And he can’t really use other methods as he’s trapped himself in his own lie. If he tries to choose a different option that involves releasing naruto then everyone will immediately know he’s involved in tampering with their memories and would probably be put to death.

Not really. She has safety in numbers while in the village and it’s stated that Jura doesn’t attack the village due to enjoying the bookstore- because of that Hidari is less likely to enter the village. What exactly would she analyze to find Naruto? No one knows that Daikokuten was used to hide him. And that doesn’t really leave a trace. Working with Boruto is her best bet because he has an active influx of knowledge of the shinju/future coming in.

She has no obligation to help him find other solutions. Her rebellion against him is a part of her character. That she’s willing to defy him regardless of the risk. Why would she help him? He’s caused more issues for her than fixed. He’s directly tied to her losing her father for a second time. As well as the disbandment of her team and having her best friend leave.

Probably because she can’t. Sarada and Sumire had a conversation about how they can’t just go chasing boruto around. She also visibly does not like kawaki so helping him isn’t in her plans. She can’t exactly leave the village without a possible attack from Hidari. How is she supposed to help Naruto? Kawaki would most likely kill her. Her best bet is to bide her time. Until recently she didn’t even really know she had the mangekyou sharingan. And she is making progress towards doing things herself. She even says that she’s going to stop running from just her feelings about boruto but everything else too.
