If you use your #BC2 only on workdays, you probably don't need weekend preview in the month view. What you need, is more working space for your events.

Go ➡ settings ➡ views ➡ month ➡ show Sa./Sun. ➡ deactivate the 2️⃣ options.

If find your calendar cluttered with the events spanning to another day, there is a quick trick to make you happy ☺️
In #BC2 settings ➡ views ➡ month/agenda ➡ you can use the option to show events that span over midnight (e.g. the nightshift) only once.
