It is sad to hear that this man was arrested for selling sadza in the CBD of Harare, yet Zimbabwe is open for business. The problem is not Zanu PF, but us; we are allowing ourselves to be tossed left, right, and centre, leaving corrupt people scot free

Today, I travelled on @flyethiopian Airlines flight ET873 from Harare to LondonGatwick, with a layover in Lusaka, Zambia. Unfortunately, the initial leg of my journey was marred by the flight's unclean condition. However, I was relieved to see that the aircraft underwent a thorough cleaning in Lusaka.
Regrettably, the boarding process in Lusaka was chaotic due to a technical issue with the booking system, which failed to allocate seats to passengers. This resulted in passengers without assigned seats occupying seats reserved for others, causing unnecessary disruptions.
In my opinion, a simple solution could have mitigated this issue. By prioritizing passengers with allocated seats during boarding, followed by those without assignments, the airline could have minimized the confusion. Unfortunately, this basic logic was not applied.
As a frequent traveller and a keen observer of customer service, I was disappointed by the airline's handling of this situation. Ethiopian Airlines, renowned as a leading African carrier, fell short of expectations.
