@SteelSeries My arctis 9 wireless headset keeps disconnecting. Doesn't matter if something is playing it just turns off. The software also says that it's not connected even when it's functioning properly. Please advise.

@SteelSeries my arctis 9 won't stop shutting off. Audio playing, full battery, just switches off. Checked the steelseries engine and it's showing the headset but saying it's not connected. It says this whilst it's being used too. I'd prefer to not have to return it ideally.

@JagexSupport me again new issue. I signed up for this Jagex account thing and now I am unable to access my old school RuneScape account. When I had signed up I opened the launcher and my account was gone and I can't find a way to add it back It doesn't accept the account details

@JagexSupport Okay, so I'm able to log onto Osrs using mobile. But the problem is that the Jagex LAUNCHER on my pc won't accept my details and add my account to the launcher.
