What a performance from DRC! 🇨🇩
Despite the 0-0 scoreline, the DRC showed real character, discipline, and quality against a strong Danish side. The didn't just compete, they made Denmark work for every ball and proved that they belong on the highest stage.🚀🚀
Senegal are likely to argue that they did not abandon the game, the match was completed by the referee’s whistle.
They can say Article 82 was misapplied because the game continued under the same circumstances and reached its natural end.
The referee allowing Senegal back on the pitch and Morocco happily continuing the game will be used to state the match - and result - was valid.
As the final was completed, they can argue the integrity of the game was upheld.
They can also claim changing the winner of a completed final is an extreme overreach by the Appeal Board. And that the punishment for a delay - not a refusal to play as they finished the game - is excessive.

To our National Team: Thank you for the sweat, the heart, and the 120 minutes of pure bravery. You didn't just play a game; you carried the hopes of Kinshasa, Goma, Lubumbashi, and the entire Diaspora on your shoulders.
While the result isn't what we dreamed of, your performance proved that Congo is standing tall. This isn't the end—it’s a lesson. We fall together, but we rise even stronger together.
Eyes on the prize: We are behind you all the way to Mexico on March 31st! Let's turn this bitterness into the fuel we need for the next victory.

DR Congo has responded to Nigeria’s petition to FIFA over the alleged fielding of ineligible players in the CAF World Cup playoffs.
" If you can't win on the pitch don't try to win from the back door. The world Cup has to be played with dignity and confidence. Not with lawyers tricks. Bring it."
🇳🇬 The actions of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) are becoming to desperate. With regards to the latest case they’re pursuing against DRC 🇨🇩.
Their actions towards us leading to the final group matches were similar and didn’t help them.
