@Xfinity @XfinitySupport part 2- then when I finally get a call from someone-- they try to walk me thru the SAME steps I've been doing on my own. Problem still persists. Then after being on the call way too long, and no resolution to my issue, they tried to promote more products!

@xfinity @XfinitySupport I really wish yall would get it together. Get REAL ppl to help real ppl. The AI bot does not help. It has limited capabilities. I go through several rounds with the bot before I can get a real person to chat-online with. They give me useless info.

90% of my calls NOW have to be done over a wifi network. I can't make calls out if my phone shows 5G and full Bara for signal.

I have to attempt texts and calls a minimum of 3 times before a connection is made. Calls to me often go straight to vmail.

my service is still sometimey after 3 months! I can't get or receive texts or calls regularly. I've been "on hold" with t-mobile cust svc chat for 2hours and still NO resolution. Ever since the modernization project my service has been operative 85% of the time
