Upsized Offering: MicroStrategy has increased its offering of 0% convertible senior notes from an initial $1.75 billion to $2.6 billion, with an option for initial purchasers to buy an additional $400 million within three days of issuance. Convertible Terms: The notes are set to mature on December 1, 2029, and are convertible into cash, shares of MicroStrategy's class A common stock, or a combination thereof, at MicroStrategy's election. The initial conversion rate is 1.4872 shares per $1,000 principal amount of notes, equating to an initial conversion price of approximately $672.40 per share, which represents a 55% premium over the recent average stock price.
