Reading the replies to Saturday's post, it kept coming back to attribution.
When something goes wrong, the first question is which one did it. If three agents share one key, the log just says the key did it. You can't revoke the right one, an overseer can't tell you which one to watch, and you can't explain it to anyone afterwards.
So I treat every agent as its own identity. Its own name, its own scopes, its own token. Not because agents are people, but because the log has to answer that question.
Really disappointed. I switched to the new X Subscription in good faith and lost 8 months of prepaid Premium+ (no refund), Cursor Pro, and cloud agents. X says Premium+ is Active, Cursor says I need Premium, and the upgrade page is locked. Ticket T-H22727. @spacexai@cursor_ai@Subscriptions.
Now with almost no unified credits left, even @bot is giving up on me @poteto
Update: support came back fast. They're fixing the root cause and moving my account to the right plan, with a path for my unused Premium+. Big thanks to @poteto for escalating and Matt on support. If you're stuck too, email [email protected] with your ticket number. @spacexai@cursor_ai
Day 2 update: Cursor and Grok are still on Plus instead of Premium. Cursor Pro and cloud agents are still locked, and the upgrade path is still blocked. Support confirmed the root cause is being fixed and I'm being patient, but I'd love an ETA so I can get back to building. T-H22727 @poteto@spacexai@cursor_ai

@jflaplante@spacexai@cursor_ai Smart to stop. I'd email [email protected] first and get your Premium+ credit confirmed in writing before switching. The scheduled downgrade could trip the same bug.
@iammstachowiak@spacexai@cursor_ai Premium+ on its own doesn't include Cursor. The new Premium plan ($30) bundles SuperGrok, Cursor Pro and X Premium+. If you switch, pick Premium or higher at checkout, not Plus.
@Mshinde98717431@spacexai@cursor_ai Not sure. I had 2 subs, 1 cursor which prorated refunded back to payment card. Then my x premium+ sub they working on it still. Will update when I get feedback.
Thank you for reposting.

@benvargas@spacexai@cursor_ai Support just replied and confirmed the bug, in a nutshell combination of plans and subscription. Monthly Cursor, yearly super grok / premium + with latter being via Google Play.
In a nushell, bug is being fixed and the subscriptions being sorted.
