Had one of the WORSE customer service exp. by manager, Reginald Lewis @UPS store- Ramsey Rd, Fayetteville. What’s concerning- he was rude to EVERY customer. We were all Black. The clerk, Caroline had more of a professional disposition! @TheUPSStore is this representative of you!

@CamKL2 @McDonalds I’ve never been treated so badly by a company!!! @McDonaldsCorp store 14098 spilled hot coffee on me burning my leg and treated me like I did something wrong. The GM left said she was returning but never did. When I called, she hung up on me and wouldn’t take my call.

@mildredboveda @mildredboveda you are so RIGHT! This is the case across so many different situations/levels not just male/female. The sad part is when new talent believe that they have to accept the abuse and exploitation because the person doing it has power!

This is the 4th day of our Read Across America at Principle Academy Charter. We celebrated diversity and Mr. Cores showed the students that he was “Stuck On Reading!” He read to them as they taped him up. @academy_charter @tidewaterCEO
