@TheProf14370192@IamMzilikazi@CyrilRamaphosa@MkhontoweSizwex So you are telling that the chairperson would have released a report that implicates people who were never given an opportunity to come before it? Is that how little you think of these legal minds? I mean, it would have to have a legal standing of some sort. Letthe report come
@TheProf14370192@IamMzilikazi@CyrilRamaphosa@MkhontoweSizwex Lol Mara what does public mean vele Kante. You can't have a public enquiry and Jude the report. Release the report and then, act on whatever. Waiting won't change the contents of the report, so it is illogical to withold it.
Advocate Johnson was a fiercely loyal soldier. When her underworld handlers gave the order to arrest a target, she was willing to do whatever it took—even fabricate evidence.
She did exactly that in my case. The @NPA_Prosecutes invented emails out of thin air and used them to arrest me and my family. They've never denied the emails were fake. Their only response? To demand how the fabrication was uncovered. Three years later, they've buried their heads in the sand, hoping the case disappears and that easily fooled South Africans forget.
But based on today's testimony at the Madlanga Commission, she's heading straight to jail.
@JoburgWater fresh water leakage on M72(Koma road) & Gumede street. It's on the left lane when you drive towards SWGC Molapo Soweto. Leakage seems is only visible on this lane but from time to time, it also leaks on the opposite lane towards Moroka Police station.
@KingMntungwa@JoburgMPD@SAPoliceService@AthlendaM Ah she's going to lose the case for retaliation. She let her emotions get the better of her. Guy's plates could e illegal, car could be dropped but she pushed it too far. Those who think he's disrespectful, have been disrespected and fear police too much.
@BrendaWardle Although I do agree with the U.S laws but one of the things we need is a "probable cause" process as they do in the States, otherwise, we are always going to be subjected to this. I'm a victim of this by the police.
@ThabisoTema please ask ka those international cars too. They are not locally registered even though the owners may be. How do we trace those cars. #POWERBreakfast
