Today we introduce the first episode of blackbird.
1996 in a office in San Francisco the life of Chris changed. Why?
He received a package with the text "blackbird" on it...
Most factories are silently bleeding money.
They just don't know it yet. Mass production feels efficient big batches, busy machines, full warehouses. But that's the illusion. Every hour of inventory sitting on a shelf is cash you've already spent, earning you nothing.
Every defect is rework you didn't budget for. Every long lead time is a customer window you gave to a competitor.
Lean manufacturing flips the entire model:
→ 2 days of inventory instead of 60
→ 0.1% defect rate instead of 3–5%
→ 30% floor space to do the same job
→ Lead times measured in hours, not months
Toyota didn't beat Ford with a bigger factory. They beat Ford by building a system that makes waste visible and then systematically killing it.
The 100× efficiency gap isn't a myth. It's the compounding effect of eliminating 8 categories of waste that mass producers treat as the cost of doing business.
Your competitors are still treating those costs as normal. That's your window.
Because OpenClaw is confusing:
This is the full architecture of it explained
OpenClaw follows a hub-and-spoke architecture centered on a single Gateway that acts as the control plane between user inputs (WhatsApp, iMessage, Slack, macOS app, web UI, CLI) and the AI agent:
The Gateway is a WebSocket server that connects to messaging platforms and control interfaces, dispatching each routed message to the Agent Runtime.
The Agent Runtime runs the AI loop end-to-end, assembling context from session history and memory, invoking the model, executing tool calls against the system’s available capabilities (browser automation, file operations, Canvas, scheduled jobs, and more), and persisting the updated state.
The key insight is that OpenClaw separates the interface layer (where messages come from) from the assistant runtime (where intelligence and execution live). This means you get one persistent assistant accessible through any messaging app you already use, with conversation state and tool access managed centrally on your hardware.

I’m giving away free manufacturing knowledge (Part 2)
This are the 4-7 steps how we manufactured @BlackBirdCare in China 🇨🇳
4. Having some good non AI product shots will always separate you from low level product shot companies. Tade worked with a shooting team in Shenzhen to make it possible.
5. I started using the spray daily after I came to China to check on results and how it feels having it with me in a bag.
6. Crafted with @tademehl a well thoughtful experience on how the product should be received.
7. We went to Beijing and had some fun. Important so you don’t get stuck in thoughts.
I’m giving away free manufacturing knowledge with this one:
This are the first 3 steps how we manufactured @BlackBirdCare in China 🇨🇳
1. Lock in. Find a real problem that people already pay for and make the experience better or lower the price.
2. Design the products and find great manufacturers for production with tools

3. Make samples to refine the quality of the products
