There are so many opportunities to use #illustration. Packaging, social, ads… for everything from food to wine, tech to clothing. You just have to think creatively about it. Be open to stuff.

When briefed with a character design for a red onion sauce package, the obvious thing to do would have been to give an onion a face. Instead, we gave a man an onion hat, then added a few tears to add another layer too.
Sometimes it’s best to discard the obvious.
For the Aldi cereal boxes range, Rob hand drew most of the logos.
If we need a font that has to look like chocolate or look like it's frosted, we don't want to use one that exists anywhere else. A hand-drawn logo gives character to a product.
It was great collaborating with Sheffield illustrator @emredfearn and we’ll be sharing the outcome at some point in the near future!
