@LibertyGroupSA 4 and a half months down the line of the claims process. Eventually told on Wednesday 4 December 08:52am the case is in payment authorisation and that the authorisation team have 3 days to authorise and release the payment. So what's happening? 3 days is long gone, still nothing.
