The worst experience I have encountered. I submitted a claim via Choice Home Warranty for my salt system for the pool, which was already diagnosed and needed to be replaced. In walks a technician from Blum, only equipped with a multimeter and Google Translate
I spoke with Latasha Warren of Choice, and she didn't even want to listen to my issues with the claim, the diagnosis I sent from Licensed and insured pool company, nor the same diagnosis I received from Leslie's
The next day, my claim was rejected because they said the filter was clogged, they didn't even look at the brand new Hayward Swim Clear cartridge filter.
His manager only wanted his $100 payment, asked me 5 times in a span of 1minute and refused to give me a diagnosis. They only took pictures of the model and went on their way, literally here for 5 minutes.
He obviously had no idea what/how to troubleshoot, didn't look at the T-Cell, not the box nor the box, only tested if there was a power source. I made him call his manager because this was blatant and ignorant and this guy had no idea what he was doing.
@trivago please be sure when looking at hotels via Trivago, do not book anything the has @algohotel attached to it. They are an absolute disaster to deal with.
