@BoschHomeIn I did buy the product. Was to get delivered today by 5 pm but it has not as yet even by 7 pm. I have no intimation on reasons behind the delay. Not great after sales experience.
@AmexIndia want to leave this as feedback. I get as many as three calls days from your team wanting to sell insurance to me on my Platinum Reserve card. It's annoying to the extent that I wish to just get my card blocked. You might eant to establish a contact policy for your team

The value of money. Nobody gives a bill. Nobody checks a bill. Nobody gives change if a cash payment is made. Nobody bothers to take it either. I almost feel "old school" asking for both.
@makemytripcare not only have you sent me a different number plate CNG instead of a petrol because of which there is less boot space and I am cramped in the car but the ac of the car barely works.

@medanta your preventive health check up is what feels like a sheer waste of time. 100 patients at the same time but space for 20 in the cafeteria. Thanks to this, one is paraded across counters and made to wait at least 20 minutes for each test.
3 hours later, my reports haven't reached the internal medicine doctor or the dietician because of which I have to now visit again. Ideally the doctor should have the blood test reports by now so that they can give a prelim assessment. @medanta

I ordered vegetarian dimsums being the strict vegetarian that I am. I was sent chicken dimsums from Big Wong in Gurgaon. Was hungry, dug in, first bite and I realised it's chicken. Horribly disappointing. @zomato
@deepigoyal The guy who packed at the restaurant will be penalised, it's a pity because he could very well have been overworked, but is that enough?
Enough in a country where people are not vegetarians because it's a health "fad", but vegetarians for religious reasons?
I love big Wong, been ordering from them for the longest time. The least that I expect is that a restaurant be careful when they're dispatching vegetarian only food.
They'll refund my money, they've apologised. But is that enough? They've lost a customer's trust.
