Merry Christmas to all of our friends who celebrate! Happy holidays and a safe New Year to all!

[Black River Running Club @BlackRiverRC]

Well, I made it 30 days straight of running at least a mile per day from 11/7 to 12/7, but it was my hope to stretch it to the new year...

but now I have a cold (NO FEVER NOT COVID) and can't run :(

This has been resonating with me lately:

If there is not a clear path, make one.

Trail runners are a different breed.
I started out my run yesterday at Findley State Park and I passed a guy finishing up.

I joked saying "Trails pretty muddy today?"
to which he replied "Yeah, its AWESOME!"

Ohio, WEAR YOUR MASK. WASH YOUR HANDS. WE WANT TO RUN WITH YOU BEFORE 2025.

[Black River Running Club @BlackRiverRC]

Wear your mask, wash your hands, and avoid social gatherings until the GLOBAL PANDEMIC passes...

Listen to the scientists. In the US, we have lost more people than 9/11 since SUNDAY. Think about it.

@trailandultra I almost died in a severe thunderstorm, but I had a PR mile because of it!

While we can't get together in person yet, we can do something that betters the world for others.

@FionaNova You're literally my favorite AH.

I am going to run a marathon before I turn 30. That is my goal.

What's your short-term goal?

[Black River Running Club @BlackRiverRC]

I've decided that I'm going to go for a #RunStreak. I'm going to keep it small, for now, just trying to run everyday for the rest of 2020...but I'd love to run for 365 days 🏃‍♀️

[Black River Running Club @BlackRiverRC]

I'm planning on a mid-week long run tonight since the weather is so perfect! Anyone want to meet me at the Findley State Park mountain bike trail?

The organization posted on Facebook that the "defining moment in IRONMAN history" is an accomplishment that just proves that anything is possible, writes KVUE. https://t.co/QLn3cxfDBJ.

You guys BETTER get out and run today. It is 77 DEGREES in Ohio today.

[Black River Running Club @BlackRiverRC]

On days like today, I think workplaces should send people home to enjoy the weather.
ALL I can think about right now is running
