The footage shows a man SHOVING a woman into the back of a vehicle while she screams for help.

The men rescue her from the car and then BEAT the alleged kidnapper.

The initial interaction with Ryan Hinton was not a random encounter, the police contact was targeted and initiated for a specific, legally warranted reason.

Police specifically approached Hinton and the other individuals because they were identified sitting inside a stolen vehicle. Investigating a stolen car provides law enforcement with a warranted basis to initiate contact.

This isn't some random guy waiting for a bus, or walking home.
