@doctor_oxford We're not 40k nurses and 10k doctors down. We're 40k nurses and 10k doctors down *on the amount of money being offered*. This is why a huge percentage of locally trained workers go abroad or to agency. Bringing in workers from abroad is just suppressing the wages of everyone.
