Mum made a film starring ME!
It's called 'Last of the Summer Whine'
and Mum filmed me doing my favourite things at Digley Reservoir at Holmfirth.
Should I offer Pawtographs?
@Susanne30308556 I diddly-do! I'm so proud of her I currently won't let her out of my sight! Mum says I need to share the love with other family members too! π
This self taught artist of 4 years has secured a place at a nationally recognised Art Exhibition, Holmfirth Art Week. I'll be showing two pieces at the main event and hosting a Fringe Exhibition of 25 plus pieces of other works I've created since I began painting.
@NiallHarbison What a beautiful & very important day. Local traditions & customs add dignity and meaning to the project. The sense of peace, calm and determination really comes through as well as the huge significance of the mission.
Massive congratulations to all for getting this far πππ
I've watched him this last few days and never seen Atlas as happy as this. He is bouncing around.
That will of course change in future but for now we take it one happy day at a time.
He's a very very good boy!
A bit late to it but I watched the #huwedwards drama, Power: The Downfall of Huw Edwards.
Firstly, incredible casting, acting and production values. Tick.
The big take though is just how downright ugly Huw Edwards personality really was, and likely remains.
A man with a huge chip on his shoulder he related to aspects of his young life, but was it? Stephen Covey famously argued, "I am not a product of my circumstances. I am a product of my decisions".
Don't give narcissists an excuse, they don't deserve it, and don't be conned by a well cut suit and a smooth delivery. Huw, and people like him, rely on you not seeing past their carefully curated exterior.
Nobody and nothing forced Edwards to manipulate, abuse or to perpetrate the criminal acts he did. He had choices at every single stage, and that is what he chose. He alone is accountable and wholly responsible for that.
Standing up to a narcissist is one of the hardest things you will ever do, but knowing your boundaries and affirming them is something you will never regret. Cutting them out of your life is the very minimum of all actions to be taken.
@NiallHarbison Wow! Wow! Wow! Sienna, you are my sister in spirit. I so wanted you to know the joy of love and acceptance! You are super-sassy too! π₯°
