BC Pinot Noir tonight. 2015 @Blackcloudwine Altostratus. A lot of black cherry, blackberry, a hint of vanilla, cedar, earthy & leather in this very hot Okanagan vintage. At least another 6-7 years left.

Sorry to hear of the end of this era. The wines were very consistent, the Altostratus really repays keeping and the Cumulus-Nimbus is a very worthy B.C. pinot noir. I will wait patiently for my own stash to peak. Great work Audralee & Brad over so many vintages.

#Drinking a 2009 @Blackcloudwine Altostratus #PinotNoir. All cherry nibs in the nose and creme maraschino, cocoa dusted , across the palate. Ripe, low brine, black olive haunts the finish. #bcwine
