and the village was built around it. I created an image of children happily swinging from the big tree.
For episode 10, I designed the city with a focus on light and shadow. I really like the last scene where the clothesline's. shadows, directed by Kariya, fall on the wall.
Here are some of the first images I pitched to @flying_lobster and @RadSechrist when we were establishing the look of the show. Thankfully, Wayne and David were helping out with paint so I could focus on this. Line art is extremely important! Will post more soon.
As the AD, I did not have much time to draw and paint... But I did get to squeeze a few drawings and paintings for episode 1. Here is the line and paint for the scene where Jamack gets a bump on his head.
