Braden and Colson need to be out of the lineup come Saturday. Can't have 2 guaranteed outs sitting at the bottom of the order. Still have high hopes for them both long term, but both are liabilities at the moment

@Pete_up27 He can’t be in. At least Colson plays good defense and has the possibility to into one on acccident and knock it of the park. I love B Mont but he cannot be in the lineup Saturday. Play Grichuk in RF, Sam in LF and Benni DH. Not ideal but it has to be done

A rotation would be really helpful in the playoffs. Take some pressure off the bullpen and hit have to drive guys into the ground pitching every damn game

That’s what I’ve been saying about Messick and Williams, at some point you see them enough times that you start figuring them out. Saturday will be interesting

@Demo_Mamba2K The blame can go multiple ways. Players need to cut down strikeouts and make the simple plays. Getz shoulda got more pitching. Venable needs to ride some of his pitchers and not yank so quick. He has a weak staff but prob coulda handled it a little better imo

@ranchrick @ChanseyDaRapper I feel like they called him up prematurely. He wasn’t even in the minors that long. Seemed like he just caught fire and they pulled the trigger. He hit that walk off and has been very below average since then. Probably should’ve been sent down

Reality is, even if we pull something out of our ass in Cleveland on Saturday, we have absolutely zero chance in a 7 game series with this pitching staff, especially if the offense is just okay.

@ChiSoxFanMike Pitching is on Getz. But I do think Venable kind shits his pants and takes out guys prematurely. You can’t freak out over 1 walk, you gotta be able to try and trust the guy and ride him out a little
