Not all responsibilities that come with being a leader are pleasant. It includes having difficult conversations, making tough decisions and being the scapegoat when things go wrong.
You have to start by having a vision. Once you have a vision, the next challenge is to ensure that those around you that will enable you to succeed a) understand your vision and b) are on board with it.
No matter how good you are, if you were to leave your employer would have an advert out for your replacement in less than a week. You are totally replaceable at work so never forget that.
It’s the weekend, use it to make yourself better. Simple things like reading a book instead of scrolling on social media will do wonders for your career.
