🧠 World Alzheimer’s Day is a time to raise awareness of Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, challenge stigma, and remind people living with dementia and their families that they are not alone. It’s also an opportunity to celebrate the importance of connection, conversation and meaningful activities.
⚽ Have you heard about our Sporting Memories group? Our sessions use memories of sport to bring people together, spark conversations and create new friendships. Whether you’re a lifelong sports fan or enjoy a good chat, everyone is welcome. 💙
