We had the pleasure of attending key conferences like @UKREiiF, where we proudly shared Blackpool’s growth story. And we launched the masterplan for Silicon Sands, a new data centre on Blackpool Airport Enterprise Zone - a hub for cutting-edge businesses and innovation.

Once complete, the 1.8 acre site will include warehousing and office space, ranging from 190 sqm to 400 sqm.

Work has started to build 11 new business units at @BlackpoolEZ. Construction is expected to complete later next year.

Four of the units are sold, with the rest available for sale early next year.
