Currently, it’s tied to Kane '03, who is listed as a MyFaction exclusive. While this could change, it's unlikely.

From a technical standpoint, it would take minimal effort to assign this theme to the Kane Ringside Pass persona if the team wanted to. All the necessary assets are already prepped for Kane '03, requiring zero extra development work.
