@danielnewmanUV Great inspiration. I am 58 yrs old. I am a little over one year since rotator cuff surgery and relocating my bicep tendon. Physically much stronger now since I can work out. It's the diet part that kills me. I like pizza and not giving it up. Perhaps eat less.
