@jamesmurray_ldn Think you’ve got a bit muddled. Clarifying the acute history is very different to providing information on historical medical problems. Very grateful to have access to this, but let’s leave it to the experienced to determine whether or not questions need repeating.

NO cervical cancer cases detected in vaccinated women following HPV immunisation!
None! Zero!
What a stunning achievement !
The HPV vaccine ie a modern medical miracle!
Celebrities, rich people and ex-prime ministers should not make health policy. Prostate cancer screening is just not as simple as some are making out. There are real harms caused when people are treated unnecessarily.
@David_Cameron Additionally, public figures, such as yourself, must understand the potential consequences of speaking out on subjects in which they lack expertise. Misinformation is a dangerous beast, making it harder for people to know what’s truly best for their or their loved one’s health
@David_Cameron I am sorry for your personal experience, but since when did this make you a greater authority on the matter than the National Screening Committee? Listening to and acting upon the recommendations of experts is something the government needs to become more accustomed to.
New findings from seven microbiome testing companies highlight the systemic issue of poor comparability that plagues the industry, due to methodological variability

Congratulations to Norway for banning the marketing of unhealthy foods and drinks to children – a timely move to protect the next generation.
This action responds to a real public health challenge: more than 1 in 5 school-aged children in Norway are living with overweight or obesity, while 8 in 10 food and drink ads aimed at children promote unhealthy nutrition.
Norway’s step shows that governments can act decisively to protect children’s health, and I hope this example encourages other countries across our Region to follow suit.

We welcome the Government's changes to the Soft Drinks Industry Levy, to cover more products including sugary milk-based drinks. These changes could cut 17 million calories a day from the nation’s daily intake - helping to reduce a range of health conditions, including liver disease and liver cancer.
This follows a consultation which we responded to as part of the Obesity Health Alliance. As well as many years of campaigning by ourselves and other health charities.

Write to your MP (https://t.co/OvHBd9TdXy) become an antibiotic guardian (https://t.co/NVfFiKaauA), and participate in AMR related research (https://t.co/iDa7gSwzCg), and please encourage others to do the same.
End.
Today marks the start of World Antimicrobial Awareness Week. Now why should we dedicate a whole week to antimicrobials every year you ask? Well, it’s because resistance to antimicrobials - AMR - is a major global threat.
Policy makers need to give AMR the prioritisation it deserves. They also need to tackle systemic drivers including social inequalities, environmental contamination, economic and market failures, limited diagnostics, and defunding of international aid programmes to name a few…
