@al_shaw Agreed, however churches/communities that follow point 2 often become very attractional, they grow and to practically administer themselves adopt traditional institutional service structure and therefore lose NT format - how would you deal with growth?

@al_shaw I Agree. The stats have been pointing to this for a long time in mainstream church. We need to understand our own bias and exegete the culture around us. People may not be up for church but they do want to talk.
@JasonMarriner@JasonMarriner 1/3 spent 30 years in reformed camp & like @JENDELLA said there is no denying a strong spirit of being right at the expense of others theology etc. IMO those who will break the mould in reformed circles are those who have lived as a minority, ‘bruised reed’ etc
@JasonMarriner@JENDELLA@JasonMarriner 2/3 and are willing to humbly walk in ‘the others’ shoe and dig into another perspective - even the best Romans didn’t appreciate what it was like to be a Jew and even the best Jews struggled with understanding what it was like to be a gentile in their midst...
@drantbradley Wow!! Surely the angry/annoyed responses SHOULD BE from blacks labelled Oreo NOT from those 4 whom truth & reality are neigh on impossible to see without walking our path. @drantbradley in my experience the institutions, churches etc are looking for ‘echo chambers’ and trophies.
