How is it time for interview season already?! 😳 @CLENeurons & I will be hosting our first open house, TONIGHT! Hope you’ll join to learn a bit more about us, our program, & city. Also, welcome all applicants to the 2024-2025 match! I’m biased, but neuro is the best 🧠💪🏼
It’s #StrokeAwarenessMonth! Thankful for our mobile stroke program & the benefits it provides our communities. Through #mobilestroke I’ve seen some of the best outcomes & most efficient care delivered. Recognizing stroke S/Sx & seeking medical care ASAP is imperative. 🚑🧠
Minutes matter during a stroke, and our Mobile Stroke Unit brings the emergency department to patients' doorsteps. With a CT scanner and capabilities to deliver therapies onboard, stroke patients can be diagnosed and treated before arriving at the hospital. #StrokeAwarenessMonth
So many amazing people. It’s been so energizing even personally to connect with them all. Thank you to all of our guests & listeners! On our wrap up we’ll also be talking about future plans/ideas for the podcast (including hopeful ideas from all of you), so stay tuned! 🧠 🎙️
With the release of our #Headache episode yesterday, we have finished Season Two! While @mdgoels and @BlakeBuletko will be filming a recap episode in the upcoming weeks (stay tuned), we wanted to take a moment to highlight all the brilliant #neurologists we have interviewed this season.
It was a pleasure to present our case on continuous IT milrinone through the IRRAflow catheter for critical vasospasm at #AANAM yesterday! Many great conversations! @CLENeurons@CEHassett88
So many students at #AANAM this year💚 Just finished speed mentoring in Trainee Hub to a packed room. Thank you AAN. See everyone at at the trainee and faculty networking reception tonight. Come see us at @CLENeurons@ClevelandClinic poster @BlakeBuletko
Women in Neurology: Building Skills Thriving in Your Career @AANmember with the Dream Team: Dr Willis, Dr Hersh @MRenselMD and myself. Room 102. 7am-9am MT
So excited @CLENeurons have integrated Women's Neuro/Neuro OB into their curriculum. Thanks @BlakeBuletko, APDs, chiefs. This article makes a great argument - can't wait to see what the future holds!

It’s that time of year! As sad as I am to transition away from our current @CLENeurons chief residents who have done so many amazing things, it’s time to welcome our incoming chiefs as the new resident leaders of our program! Can’t wait for what the year will bring. 🎉
During every episode, I’m consistently reminded of & humbled by a collective “neurophilia” which connects us all. I have to say, talking to @JimSiegler made me feel a re-ignited passion for what I do day in & day out & reminded me my “cerebrovasculophilia” is alive & well!
The wait is almost over... we just finished recording our Vascular Neurology episode with the podcast icon himself, @JimSiegler. The episode will be released on 4/8/24 (we promise you this isn't a joke!). @mdgoels@BlakeBuletko@SVINJournal@UChicago_Brains#Neurology#stroke #neuroscience #neurotwitter #medicine #podcast #MedEd
@zach_london I think THIS last sentence is the heart of it. Your WHYs make a lot of sense. I haven’t seen many WHY NOTs or support for the way it is currently. Is there rationale from fellowship side or just an antiquated “way it’s always been” carry over?
