I've tracked 64 small VTubers for 3 weeks. These are all of the people that previously reached out to me on the analytics/management request before my life got much busier.

Over three weeks, some accounts grew, most stayed flat.

The accounts that stalled were not always doing something “wrong.”

But a lot of them were making growth harder than it needed to be.

The biggest issue was not even the algorithm. It was the foundation.
