about 2-3 weeks ago I called your phone number to inquire about the promotion to receive a “free” iPhone 17 pro max. I had a Nothing phone 3 that I was going to trade in. The guy on the phone stated it was eligible for $800 credit trade in value for the iPhone after I gave him my phones IMEI. So obviously I purchased the phone on June 22.

After I get the phone I try to find return shipping label but it’s nowhere to be found. I go in store to inquire and they tell me to call 611. I do this and the lady on the phone says that she will try to get the label and send it in 2 business days. 2 days go by AND NOTHING.

So I call again… this time they tell me that the promotion was never activated because my phone is not an eligible device. Even though the salesman said IT WAS! I asked to speak with a higher up and he said that he was going to get the phone recording of the original sale and so he can verify the claims I stated and credit my account the $800 credit I was promised. He said this would take about 3-5 business days.

I wait for his call he promised to do July 9th at 6pm CST. Alas I never got the call. So I call 611 again and ask to speak to a supervisor and after explaining the WHOLE situation for a 4th time and inquire about the original phone recording I was hung up on.

I have recorded the calls from today. I wish I had recorded the original ones but I didn’t expect your company to be so shady until now. I’m at a loss. I will call corporate tomorrow and try that way. If I still cannot get any progress I will file a formal complaint at https://t.co/vv5ZTX7NZh
