@Ask_WellsFargo I honestly feel like I was mislead and have lost all respect for Wells Fargo. I’ve been banking with you since 2006, however, after this ridiculous experience I will be closing all of my accounts and never recommending anyone bank or take out a loan with you.Just awful experience

@Ask_WellsFargo I filed a complaint with your executive branch for being mislead (because I gladly would’ve paid the full loan + interest when refinancing) however I took what the statement said as the full amount. Your executive branch said there was nothing they could do and showed no care

@Ask_WellsFargo I refinanced my loan with a third party for the FULL loan amount (per your customer service rep’s recommendation, however received a letter that I still owed the accrued interest (a lot of $). I now owe you your interest payment and the refinanced loan on the same day.
