Judge James Giardina set the time for Sampson’s next hearing on Thursday at 9:30.

That hearing will determine whether Sampson will have bail or remain in custody until trial.

The state had filed a motion for pretrial detention ahead of the hearing this AM

Today is the first appearance of 22-year-old Silas Sampson, the accused driver from the Saturday morning crash in Ybor City that left 4 dead.

A car crashed into Bradley’s Bar and Gentlemen’s Club in Ybor City, killing 4 people and injuring another 11 people to the hospital.
