(2) what I did good: Traded stock in play and stuck to my playbook.
Bad: Held loser way too long YD, today I cut the loser and re-entered at a better price which worked out well.
Missed ops: Felt I missed a ton of TA breakout plays that would suit me.

(1) My week so far: Although pnl looks ok, I traded very poorly yesterday. Namely held long NWL through the selloff and didnt cut it when I should, I thought it would bounce but I should have bought the trend break and maintained my SL under low.

Factors that made today work for me and my thoughts pre market - strong US market after sell off, so buying today? Buying strong stocks either had news today or recent, assumed shouldn’t be too much selling… yet

Indeed it did, would have been a profitable trade. Dont feel bad at all that I missed it since now I have more conviction and confidence in it, just cant get too greedy this early. Now off to work!

ignore the pnl from yesterday I must not have saved excel. Traded just the open today, got partial fill match 360, was a good one, then shorted the first sell off in it. Longed zip with strong market and technicals. More below

My week so far. Started off good when I had my focus on trading stocks in play and only trading setups I have playbooked. Dropped the ball big time today being an idiot. I kept trying to force a trade that didn't work and to put icing on the cake held a loser to the moon. Stupid
