Serving Georgia has been the honor of a lifetime, and while this race didn’t end the way we hoped, I will never stop believing in the people of this state and the values that make Georgia strong.

Walking the boys to school today, we passed a few of these signs along the way. It made me stop and think about just how grateful I am for every Georgian who has put one in their yard, volunteered their time, donated, prayed for us, or encouraged our campaign along the way.

This campaign has been built by hardworking people from every corner of our state, and I’m honored to have earned the support of over 350 local leaders across Georgia.

Over the last year, I’ve traveled this state and talked to real people and real families trying to make ends meet, build a business, raise their kids, and leave Georgia better than they found it. They don’t need more headlines, political games, or canned talking points. They need real conservative results.

That’s why I’m running: to keep more money in your pocket, fight for Georgia families, and make sure our state continues to grow from the ground up, not the top down.

Our latest campaign finance report shows that since the end of session, we’ve raised $466,000. Even bigger than that headline is the fact that we’ve out-raised all of our opponents COMBINED.

That doesn’t just happen.

We spent the morning with friends at the Rome Area Prayer Breakfast, participating in the National Day of Prayer. It was a great reminder that prayer is one of the most powerful things we can do for our country, our communities, and the leaders entrusted to serve them.
