@skinward_P@CGInvesting10 It has to be. Without hitting an absolute home run, a conservative 10% growth per year would turn it into $43k with no additional contributions. Assuming he’s 22 and retires at 60.
@cmsinvests It’s not over, it’s just beginning to reflect reality. NVDA, for example, had a huge price hike over the last 5 years, however, the last rolling 12 allowed the earnings to catch up to the price. I don’t see an end to the earnings growth and the Capex is paying off.
@AntiBizle@jDeniseTerry@MarketMovers10@CalltoActivism It will though. 25k down payment assistance creates more demand which in turn increases prices. I assume you also think government backed student loans also didn’t increase tuition prices?
@GOPJesusUSA@MarioNawfal Out of everything that you just heard, you still believe that it’s the billionaire and not the ridiculous regulation that’s the issue?
@gallymeroreboot@tigerladytexas@F4LS3IC0N @harris_wins Why get any at all? Are you an at risk individual? I got covid and was in bed for a day, felt terrible, the next day I was fine, cleaning the house and doing yard work. My brother and sister in law’s employer required the vax, and they were laid up in bed for 4 days.
@NikolaTeslaJR@Chicago1Ray@elonmusk Death? Did you die during covid? I must have not gotten the news because I don’t think I died. I also don’t personally know anyone who died.
@presDonldSkroob @Chicago1Ray@elonmusk “Weird” 😂😂 someone has been brainwashed by the media who for a week straight said “weird” all in unison on every segment. Almost like they have marching orders
@Musicalically @Rob82_fcb @ylecun@elonmusk How so? Inflation may have went down but the cost of borrowing is still high, transportation costs are still higher. Inflation factors info CPI, but it’s not the only input.
@PaulWoods007 @IAChief32@elonmusk Obama reaped the benefit of the rebound and a full 8 years of his own policy. The trajectory of Trump’s gains would’ve put him at 185% in 8 years
@BrianWillia@JohnZhangSV@elonmusk That doesn’t prove it’s working. CPI has been higher than average throughout the whole presidency. There’s no evidence that it’s the policy or a regular economic cycle. No evidence that it’s the policy or the Fed’s interest rates are finally cooling it.
@IAChief32 @PaulWoods007 @elonmusk Keyens’s model is what got us in this mess and was misused. The economy was doing fine before the government mandated shut down. It was an artificial recession with political influence. Initial capital injection was needed solely because people were willing but unable to work.
