@AmericanAir I’ll respond here since you once again ghosted the DM. FINALLY landing and there were only enough immigration forms for 1st class. The 5+ hours waiting at the airport wasn’t enough time to check that? So no pilot, no papers- thank God someone checked the fuel gauge (I assume)

@AmericanAir In my 5+ hour waiting experience - as a “valued flyer”- guess how many drinks I’ve been offered? ZERO. Not a water, not a soda, not a single damn peanut.

@AmericanAir Message was sent. But just like the last issue where AA refunded less than $10 per person for our plane catching on fire, having an emergency landing, invalid vouchers and loss of day at destination, and neglect to follow up- I’m not holding my breath.

@AmericanAir Check that we are still waiting to take off? That your pilots just arrived from Richmond? Or that we are back on the plane with no movement nor update since there’s now a mechanical issue? Because no one could check out the issues prior to the hours we waited for someone to show?
