Bonjour, je pose une question: pourquoi ne pas avoir taxé à 50% la potasse que nous vendons à 80% aux agriculteurs américains? Il me semble que sa aurait fait très mal à M. Trump et les agriculteurs américains n’auraient pas été très contents. Merci
