Since 2000, the US Department of Defense (DoD) recorded 444,328 cases of TBI to Aug 2021, with a further 9,158 subsequent cases recorded in the first half of 2022. We are working to identify the causes of TBI in armored vehicles and offer a range of systems to protect against it

Great news in that our outline proposal for a $5m R&D project to determine the causes of TBI in vehicles hit by mines but not penetrated was accepted and now the full proposal has been submitted. We will not hear the result until next April but are very hopeful of success.

#TBI has been identified in occupants of even heavily armoured vehicle subject to a blast - whilst the #USArmy look to new drugs to treat this, the causes are still an unknown. We have submitted a bid for funding to investigate the causes and whether our systems can prevent TBI.
