@danahern96 If you're talking C# then the usage is the same, but practically structs are treated more like primitive data.

You can't use inheritance, and they copy all of the data rather than pass by reference when used as parameters for functions.

@danahern96 If you're talking C++ they're almost identical in functionality, it's just that classes are private by default and structs are public by default.

Usage wise - tl:dr; if you just want to store plain-old-data and no functions, use a struct, otherwise use a class.
